These Terms govern your use of Scratch It. This is demo content for a portfolio project and does not represent a real, legally binding agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Scratch It account.

2. How cashback works

Cashback is earned when a qualifying purchase is tracked through a Scratch It link and confirmed by the partner retailer. Rates are set by retailers and may change without notice. Cashback is forfeited if an order is returned, cancelled, or found fraudulent.

3. Payouts

Available balance can be withdrawn once it meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payout method. Scratch It reserves the right to hold payouts pending fraud review.

4. Referral program

Referral bonuses are paid once a referred member reaches $10 in verified cashback. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Using bots or automated tools to generate purchases
• Circumventing tracking links to avoid retailer commission

6. Termination

Scratch It may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with any legitimately earned balance paid out where possible.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Scratch It after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
