Cashback & payouts
Most stores clear within 30–60 days, matching their standard return window. Some categories like travel can take longer since the "purchase" completes after the trip.
$10 for PayPal, $25 for direct bank deposit, and $5 for gift cards. There's no minimum for charity donations.
The most common causes are ad blockers interfering with tracking, using a coupon site outside our link, or applying a code not listed on our offer page. Submit a missing cashback claim and our team will investigate.
Account & security
We never see your card details — you always check out directly on the retailer's site. We only store the payout method you choose for receiving cashback.
Go to Account Settings > Close Account. Any available balance is paid out automatically before closure.
