This Privacy Policy explains what information Scratch It, Inc. ("Scratch It", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is demo content for a portfolio project and does not represent a real, legally binding policy.

We collect account details you provide (name, email, payout method), purchase-tracking data from partner retailers (order value, timestamp, merchant), and standard usage data (device type, browser, pages visited).

To credit cashback accurately to your account
To process payouts to your chosen method
To send offer alerts and account notifications you've opted into
To improve site performance and prevent fraud

3. Sharing of information

We share order identifiers with partner retailers solely to verify and credit cashback. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

4. Your choices

You can update or delete your account at any time from Account Settings, opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link, and request a copy of your data by contacting support.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to resolve cashback disputes and meet tax and accounting obligations.
